I'm open to all kinds of judgement here.
The other day my boyfriend was playing Silent Hill 2 for the first time, he was rather freaked out by the game and occasionally fired a question or two my way in regards to what happened next... each time he did, I wouldn't give him a straight answer, oh no no no... I either answered his question with a question of my own or... provided him with complete uncertainty instead of a 'yes' or a 'no'! I also kept dropping the odd sentence here and there to create a little more paranoia, you know the kind... 'are you sure you want to do that?' :P
Now hopefully with your understanding, we venture back to the title. I'd like you to answer this question... does this kind of behaviour add to the atmosphere of games or is it just plain annoying? :)
I find it just plain annoying *angryface*
ReplyDeleteThanks sweetie :)
ReplyDeleteYou're mean Loni :p
ReplyDeleteI'd be freaking out before I had even gotten to opening the door to the next room.
haha, I find it kind of funny actually ... My sister and I are also playing Silent Hill 2 together, when we are bored ... and I like to freak her out. I already know the whole game and everytime she enters a room, I'm like "oooooh, that room! Just wait what's gonna happen *evil grin*" And she is like "Gaaah! Why? Tell me why!". But I won't :P But to be honest, Silent Hill 2 really f** your brain (sorry my language ^^)... I love it so much!
ReplyDeleteAtmosphere is more annoying in real sense.
ReplyDeleteHaha, so both? :)
