Fever ABOUT FUCKING Time!

So last time I blogged about Bust-a-Groove I was whining about how shit I am compared to how good I used to be when I was little, well, now I'm back in full form! How I know is because I'm beginning to achieve Fever Times frequently. Fever Times occur once you complete a stage preforming above a certain level... and well, I find them pretty cool so I'm recording them and uploading them to YouTube since nobody else seems to have bothered... Here's one below so you can see for yourself!

26/07/11 update: re-uploading all videos in higher quality than original.
05/11/11 update: I've completed a Let's Play Short of Bust-a-Groove, that can be found here.

Get the fuck to work Enix!

I think Enix (or Square Enix as they're now known as after their merge with Square of course) should get working on a new dance game! It looks like they did produce a couple more dance based games after Bust-a-Groove titled Bust-a-Groove 2 and Dance Summit 2001 (which is basically Bust-a-Groove 3) but they were only released in Japan! I've had a look at Dance Summit 2001 and it looks like a great idea for a Wii game, I mean why not? There's not an incredible amount to compete with.

It appears to be team based game allowing for up to four or possibly eight players I think, much unlike its two predecessors... couldn't it perhaps be improved a little and re-released? Wouldn't do any harm.

The master of dance returns

Playing this game again after 8 years makes me realise just how damn good I used to be at it. I'm playing on easy mode and struggling, regardless, I'm having a lot of fun.

So far I've managed to plow through the game with a character called Gas-o, I'm now playing through with Heat; the male character in the picture above dancing off against some crazed fetish whore called Kelly.
